What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering an item guarantees your spot in line so your bag ships the moment it becomes available — no waiting for a restock announcement or racing other fans to check out.

How to spot a Pre-Order item

Pre-Order product pages will feature a "PRE-ORDER" button above the product name, along with the estimated ship date. Since our collections are tied to MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, WNBA, and NCAA release windows, ship dates may shift slightly based on league or licensing partner timing — we'll always keep the listed date as accurate as possible and notify you of any changes.

Placing a Pre-Order

Pre-Order items can be added to your cart just like any in-stock product. No special account is required — simply check out as a guest, or create a free Montana West Sports account to track your order and speed up future checkouts.

Payment

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your Pre-Order. This secures your item and places you in the priority queue to receive it as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

Shipping & Combined Orders

To avoid charging you multiple shipping fees, orders containing both in-stock and Pre-Order items will ship together once every item is available.

  • If your order combines in-stock and Pre-Order products, we'll hold the entire order until the Pre-Order item(s) arrive.
  • On occasion, we may split your shipment on our end — when we do, the extra shipping cost is always on us, never you.
  • Need your in-stock items right away? We recommend placing Pre-Order items in a separate order so your in-stock pieces ship immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because Pre-Orders reserve limited licensed inventory in advance, changes or cancellations must be requested within 72 hours/3 days of placing your order. Contact us at support@montanawestsports.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
